After 12 months, does my subscription continue?

No, beyond your commitment of 12 months, your subscription “Feelingjack Web Pack Financing Offers” linked to the financing offer stops automatically.

However, you continue to pay the hosting fees for your website through the “Hosting Service Subscription” taken out on the day you sign your contract. This service is offered by default to all customers as part of the payment of hosting and maintenance fees in your website operational condition.

Am I tacitly re-engaged beyond the 12-month period?

No, unlike the majority of website financing contracts, there is no tacit 12-month re-commitment at each anniversary date. Outside of the commitment periods, you are free to suspend your subscription at any time in exchange for payment of the current month.

How do I know when monthly payments will stop ?

Your financing contract is valid for one year. Therefore, on the anniversary date of your contract, you are automatically free of any commitment related to the financing.

As a reminder, you will have to continue to pay the hosting fees for your website “Subscription Hosting Service & MCO” that you have subscribed on the day you sign your contract.

How could I stop my subscription?

During your commitment period, you cannot normally suspend your subscription unless you pay the remaining monthly payments as stipulated in the commitment. Outside of your commitment period, you can stop your subscriptions at any time by contacting our administrative department which will send you a document of transfer or termination of your services.

How do I pay for my subscription ?

Subscriptions are paid by default by credit card through the Stripe service platform.

The website belongs to whom ?

Your site belongs to you only if you have fulfilled all your commitments to our Company. Thus, if you suspend the payment of your invoices during the 12 months of commitment, you cannot claim any property on the site.
